Boxing is a high intensity full body workout that will make you physically stronger as well as aerobically and anaerobically fitter. It is a complete workout for your core, upper and lower body. Ezy Fitness offers boxing as 1 on 1 or small group classes farmers daughter(max 10 people). 1 on 1 training and small classes can be arranged to suit clientele.

Our instructors are Punchfit quailified. We supply hand wraps, inner gloves and full boxing equipment. We only hit the pads so there is no actual punching of other people. Our instructors are qualified to conduct boxing pad training. Always make sure your personal trainer is punchfit qualified. 1 on 1 are 30 minute workouts and small classes are 1 hour long.escorts working tonight
