Running Around Swindon? Empty Running Around Swindon?

I Desperately want to get fit and get out there running but am struggling to find a good hard route.
does anyone have any suggestions?

running needs to be mixed up in my opinion, sprint work, road running, hills
that sorta thing!

Hit the steps mate. The old ones which go from Kings hill upto the old hospital. run up and down as many times as you can. I use this as prep for all my fights. It'll test you mentally and physically. Your chest will be burning after a couple of sets ad you'll be wondering how your going to do the rest. I currently do 18 sets, 1 set is up and down. Sprint up and jog down trying to recover. No breaks just go go go. If you can do 18 your fit enough to fight trust me.

Good lad, well done. If your an amateur fighter you don;t really need to any more than 18, however you could intensify the training by wearing a weighted jacket.

To make it clear, up and down is 1.

16 is still very good, well done. Like you said its tough as hell. Tests you mentally and physically.
