Diet tips/plans?
Has anyone got any diet tips or set diet plans?
i train 4 times a week and run in the day time.

One word - WATER
the body needs constant hydration, when you feel hungry drink water it might be that your de-hydrated.
plenty and plenty of water i cant stress that enough.

i agree water is very important.
Also make sure you eat at the same time every day every meal your body clock needs to know when its going to get fuel otherwise it will store fats rather than burn them.
