Jamie's next fight is on Friday the 24th of April at the civic hall in wolverhampton.
This will be a 8 round contest against Mark lloyd from Telford the bout is a british title fight eliminator meaning that the winner will have the chance to fight kell brook later this year for the british title.
This is a real step up for Jamie, Lloyd has a decent record of Won 12 (KOs 3) | Lost 2 | Drew 0 | NC 0 | ND 0 | Tot 14
With a quality win over lloyd Jamie will recieve his just desserts of a title challenge and god willing hold the british title by the end of the year.

Jamie beat Mark Lloyd with an eighth round knockout.
Althought this was not jamies best performance he managed to get the job done.The fact that jamie missed out on sparing for this fight due to a cut he got a few weeks prior to fight night in a sparing session.Taking nothing away from Lloyd who made it difficult for jamie.Jamie could have made it easier for himself if he had kept his mind on the job in hand.

Jamie is a level headed lad and im sure he can handle success.

i have reason to believe that jamie cox is fighting on the 30th of october -is this true?

jamie looked impressive last week when i saw him on sky,
he knocked the otherguys tooth out!
i think he answered alot of questions last week.
and im confident he will be british champion iin the near future.

i saw it live!
hes a breath of fresh air, great entertainer and great fighter.
id love to see him fight again
